Explain what you do all day…
Every day is a bit different but primarily my day-to-day is working on projects to support the university and communities around Arkansas with their emergency management efforts.

What are your credentials and/or past experience that relate to your work at AEDI?
I have an undergraduate degree in emergency management, and I have previous experience in law enforcement, business continuity, instructing cybersecurity, and emergency management contracting.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?
Getting to work with and support communities either small or large so that they can be as resilient as possible.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“If you love your job you will never work a day in your life” I am grateful that my job is something I am passionate about.

If I wasn’t working at AEDI, I would probably be…
Working at a museum of some kind.

Name one thing you like to do outside of AEDI.
Crafting specifically embroidery or needlepoint and reading.

What/where is your favorite place in Arkansas?
Eureka Springs! There are so many amazing small businesses and delicious restaurants.
