The Arkansas Economic Development Institute (hereinafter referred to as “AEDI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this privacy policy, which describes our information practices when you visit the AEDI website located at youraedi.com and any of the other websites we host and maintain that link to this privacy policy (collectively, our “Sites”).
AEDI understands and appreciates the need for security and trust when we process personal information.
AEDI may work with selected third parties to provide certain features on our Sites such as mailing lists and web analytics. We and our third-party service providers may use various technologies to collect data automatically about your use of our Sites, including when you browse the Sites or read our posts and publications. - To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it;

- As required by law, when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety of AEDI or others, and/or to comply with judicial or regulatory process, court order, lawfully-issued subpoena, or legal process served on AEDI.

Our Sites contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by AEDI. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites.
